I walked past Love Nails just two days after having my nails done at another salon in Bali that I wasn’t happy with. I popped in and explained my concerns to the staff — I’m very particular about my nails and have high standards, as I usually go to one of the best Russian manicure artists in Sydney, Australia. Without hesitation, the girls welcomed me and sat me down straight away. Desak began working on my nails, and I was blown away by how detailed and thorough she was. She completely transformed them — they looked brand new, beautifully manicured, and exactly how I wanted. I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. After trying so many nail salons during my time in Bali (I’ve been here for months), I’m SO happy to have finally found one that meets my expectations. Посещала салон с семьей, нас было трое, делали процедуру японский маникюр. Все сделали быстро, качественно. Салон сам по себе очень приятный! Интерьер, цветочная вода, стерилизованные инструменты, при нас вскрыли. Несмотря на то, что нам не хватило третьего мастера, для нас организовали его дополнительно, спасибо за проявленную клиентоориентированность хозяйке. Ich war als Begleitung meiner Freundin in diesem Nagel-Studio. Ich wurde behandelt wie ein Gast, es war unglaublich. Ich bekam einen Massagestuhl sowie einen Cappuccino für die Wartezeit. Es war ein sehr sehr guter Service und ein Traum jedes Mannes für diese Zeit ;-) ~ Steve H

Bon prix, bon service et résultat impeccable de mes ongles. Super propre, super précis. J’ai pu choisir entre une base fine ou un peu plus épaisse pour mes ongles, j’ai choisi la épaisse et je sens mes ongles super forts et incassables, alors qu’ils sont naturels et longs (je suis arrivée avec des ongles cassés et la base appliquée à rendu ça invisible). À la fin de la prestation j’ai eu droit à un gommage et un massage des mains auxquels je ne m’attendais pas. Et une jolie rose 🌹 Merci. ~ Léa

I asked for a soft, glossy look with a little 3D flower design, and they nailed it (literally 😌). The shop itself is so aesthetic and calming, and the service feels very personalised. I recently had a pedicure at this salon and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The quality of the materials used was excellent, and all tools were sterile, which made me feel safe and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the professionals really know their craft. I’m truly happy with the result and will definitely be returning for a manicure next time. I decided to go for the more advanced gel polish service, which meant having a more experienced technician — and I’m so glad I did! She worked with such care and dedication, and I honestly ended up with the most beautiful nails I’ve ever had. I’ve been to few nail salons in Canggu and this one is my favourite. The girls are lovely here and I always have a really good service. I’m quite sensitive to certain nail polishes but love nails use high quality biab and acrylics so I never suffer from an allergic reaction (which I have had from other places) I really recommend this place they’re great!! 🩷 ~ Pippa S

I’m beyond happy with my nails! As a nail artist myself, I can honestly say this place is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and my nail artist was so professional and kind. The attention to detail was outstanding — my cuticles have never been this clean🤪, and the overall finish is just perfect. They fixed my nails and very happy with their service overall. Still not quite whay I get in the states but compared to previous place I went much better. My boyfriend and myself served coffee snack and water. Took a long time but that seems to be the norm around here. ~ Anita L

I got a Gel Manicure and it is perfect. You can look at the result. I never had someone taken so much care of my nails. Its much better as Nail artists in Germany and the prices are really fair for their hard work. ~ sarah
